To start, I’ll go over the contract with you and make sure you know what to expect. During this time, we can also make sure you are pre-approved, if you haven’t been already. Additionally, I’ll go over the Multiple Listing System (MLS) with you to help you know what to look for when searching for homes. From there, it’s simply a matter of getting out to showings and finding you a house to call “home”!
Sellers:
Whenever possible, I like to meet together at your home in the beginning of the process. I’ll bring a pre-listing packet, marketing samples, comparables, and more. Once we’ve gone over the logistics and develop our plan of action, I’ll make sure we get professional photography done to ensure we display your home in its best light.
